  • 1. Payment Terms

    Payment is due as per agreed terms.

  • 2. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

    All applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs, including any future tariff increases or government-imposed trade duties, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • 3. Shipping & Risk of Loss

    All goods are sold FOB, unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon shipment. The seller is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.

  • 4. Material Certification & Compliance

    All steel products conform to industry standards. The buyer is responsible for verifying material suitability for intended use.

  • 5. Claims & Returns

    Claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval. Non-stock, special order, or cut-to-size steel orders are non-refundable. Restocking charges may be applied.

  • 6. Pricing

    Prices may change due to market conditions, supplier costs, or other factors beyond our control.
